​Cleaning the ducts and vents that move air both in and out of your house improves air quality, efficiency, and safety.

Dryer, Kitchen, and Bathroom Vent Cleaning;  Vent Repairs 

(approximately 30 minutes per vent)

We vacuum out the exterior vent(s) from your dryer, kitchen, and/or bathroom, to remove excessive lint buildup, bird nests, and other debris that has accumulated. 

​

Clogged dryer vents may prevent fast-drying action, damage clothing, cause the dryer's temperature limit safety switch to cycle continuously, and increase operation costs.  Worse, dust, fiber and lint are significant contributors to  nearly 15,000 dryer fires each year in the US.  

​

Vents from your kitchen and bathroom exhaust also get clogged over time which decreases their ability to function and decreases safety.

​

As requested, after cleaning, we may install bird guards over your exterior vents to prevent birds from nesting in them and rodents from entering through them.  We also repair vents.  

Air Duct Cleaning  (3-5 hours, per system, in your home)

 

We clean and  may sanitize the ductwork that moves air from your  Heating-Ventilation-Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system to every room of your home. 

 

Our  vacuum-and-brush cleaning equipment is EPA-registered and National Air Duct Cleaners Association {NADCA}  compliant.

 

As requested, after cleaning, we may apply a solution with a fresh linen scent which is:

  •  registered, hospital grade disinfectant that's effective on both porous and non-porous materials

  • Effective virucide (kills more than 130 organisms, including Aspergillus niger, Penecillium spinulosum, E. coli, Salmonella, HIV, Hepatitis-B, Herpes, Poliovirus and more)

  • Mold inhibitor (prevents molds from growing)
